The European Parliament’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, referred to as MiFID II, and other related legislation in effect since 3 January 2018, introduces changes in the provision of investment services, in particular as regards client protection. In this context, Act No 256/2004, the Capital Markets Act, has been significantly amended.
Complying with the rules on investment service provision, PPF banka publishes mandatory information about PPF banka, investment instruments and the risks related thereto, the rules for the execution of orders, and contract documents.
Please consult Article 3 on Information Provision of the Business Conditions of PPF banka a.s. for Investment Services, which clearly summarises the basic pre-contractual information that PPF banka is required to provide to its potential clients before entering into contractual relationships with them. PPF banka’s employees will also be happy to provide you with this information in hardcopy form.
