This Notice of the settlement date of the Conditioned part of the VTO refers to and shall be read in conjunction with the public proposal to purchase shares made by Tanemo a.s., ID No.: 098 34 273, having its registered office at Evropská 2690/17, Dejvice, Postal Code 160 00, Prague 6, the Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague File number B 25995 (the “Offeror”) published on 8 February 2021 in the Commercial Gazette and on the website of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. related to the shares (ISIN: CZ0008040318) issued by MONETA Money Bank, a.s., ID No.: 256 72 720 having its registered office at the address Vyskočilova 1442/1b, Michle, 140 00 Prague 4, the Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number B 5403.
Tanemo a.s., a PPF Group subsidiary, announces that the settlement date for the Conditioned part of the VTO for MONETA Money Bank shares has been set for 20 April 2021. Tanemo already settled the Unconditioned Part of the VTO regarding the shares, representing 10% of MONETA Money Bank shares, on 24 March 2021. Tanemo already settled the Unconditioned Part of the VTO regarding the shares, representing 10% of MMB shares, on 24 March 2021.
