How do I log out from the app securely?

Press the “Menu” option on the right of the bottom bar and right at the end you’ll find the “Log out” button.

How do I set up push notifications?

To manage your notifications, press the “Menu” option on the right of the bottom bar and then “Notifications” in the “App settings” section.

How do I set my PIN later?

The application will offer you this option every time you log in until you have set your PIN.

How do I set up Touch ID or Face ID later?

The application will offer you this option every time you log in until you have set up Touch ID or Face ID.

Where do I find payments awaiting approval?

Payments awaiting signature are displayed in the opening account dashboard as a button with a pen icon and the number of orders to be signed. Press the button to instantly see all orders awaiting signature. Press on a row containing an order to view its detail, which you can then sign.

How do I change the order of the accounts and payment cards displayed?

Press the “Menu” option on the bottom bar and select “Accounts” or “Cards”. The list displays up to 7 accounts, which you can hide from the dashboard. Use the “Edit” button to enter edit mode. Here, you can change the order of an account in the list by holding your finger on the account row and moving it up or down. You can delete an account via the “Bin” icon or add another account via the selection process. The same can be done with the “Cards” option.

How do I activate the application using a hardware token?

We recommend downloading the PPF banka e-Token app to simplify online payments and make it easier to authorise your internet and mobile banking. The application can be activated using a hardware or software token. Download instructions can be found here.

How can I view my PIN?

In the overview under “Cards”, press “Open detail” for the card you want to view the PIN for. Then press the “PIN” button underneath the image of the card.
